GEMS Founder
GEMS Founder Nigel Ashley Lees has been responsible for launching, designing and delivering innovative, dynamic career development and admissions programs for some of the world's biggest music colleges in the USA, UK, IRELAND and SPAIN including Berklee College of Music, where he simultaneously held the posts of first Graduate Admissions Manager, first Manager of the International Careers Centre, & Professor of Career Development, for Masters students at Berklee and then for DIT, Dublin.
So successful, were his systems and ideas, they have established a benchmark that laid the spirit & foundations for current career development & admissions best practices at Berklee and other colleges he worked with. He lead or supported multiple music program accreditations in the USA, UK, IRELAND and SPAIN.
With this spirit, passion, experience and leadership, he created
GEMS · Global Entertainment Mentors, for the new generation of contemporary musicians, composers and creative artists.
