Guided Historical City Tour

Your personal exclusive guided historical city tour, in English, is a great way to get to know all about the magical history of Valencia. This is a walking tour focusing on the external beauty of these magnificent and historical buildings and zones, and does not include entering any of the buildings. Fascinating historical tour with spectacular surprises along the way! We start in the heart of the city at the town hall, the Ayuntamiento, Correos, Estación del Norte, Plaza de Toros, Marques de Dos Aguas, Mercado de Colon, La Lonja, Torres de Serrano, Mecardo Central, Catedral, The Holy Grail, El Miguelete, Plaza Redonda, Santa Catalina, Plaza de la Virgin, Plaza de Patricia, Basílica de la Virgen de los Desamparados, El Patriarca, Museo, Colegio de Patriarca, Universidad de Valencia, El Carmen, and of course discover and enjoy great cafes and tapas bars around the city.






Albufera Natural Park & Paella in El Palmar Tour

Albufera Natural Park is a short drive outside the city of Valencia, and one of Spain’s great natural wonders. A natural freshwater lagoon, it is home to millions of migrating bird, traditional Valencia Barracas homes, Valencia rice fields and the birthplace of Paella, El Palmar. This trip includes transport to and from Albufera Natural Park, the classic Valencia Paella and a beautiful boat tour in English timed to get the sunset on the lake,. River Turia Garden Tour

Enjoy a beautiful leisurely walk with your personal guide through the entire city of Valencia via the reclaimed River Turia park. Starting at the Bio Park, we walk through to the amazing Arts and Sciences City, designed by Valencia architect Santiago Calatrava. Passing along the way, the IVAM, Spains first modern art museum, the Bellas Artes Museum, the Music Palace, Gulliver’s Park, the Serrano Towers, and several secret places along the way, stopping for refreshments all from within the beautiful riverbed garden. The tour can be walked or by 2, 4 or 6 seater bike carts, a fun way to explore the river garden.






The Beach & Boat Tour

This is for all you marineros out there, a Catamaran Boat tour followed by drinks at Port Americas Cup, home of the Americas Cup. It is a great way to see some dolphins from the boat and La Malvarrosa city beach, which was captured by Valencia artist Joaquín Sorolla. After drinks we check out the walk of fame stars along the promenade.






La Lonja, Central Market and the Cathedral Tour

Three emblematic destinations in the heart of the city with amazing stories about food, architecture and history here in Valencia. This tour is a must for anyone who wants to spend some time, deep cultural diving in to these spectacular buildings bursting with stories and visual experiences, including, the fish market, the pillars of la lonja and the Holy Grail!

The GEMS Summer Program will be taught in English. You will need the ability to speak, understand and work in English, or follow with an AI translator. Bi-lingual Faculty support will be available during classes, mentoring session, and orchestral recording.
