My name is Alessandro, and I am a composer and visual artist with a strong foundation in classical piano and a growing focus on music for film.

My artistic path began in early childhood through visual expression. Drawing and painting were my instinctive ways of understanding the world — translating emotions into shapes, colors, and imagined landscapes. Visual art shaped my sensitivity and taught me to observe nuance beyond words.

At the age of thirteen, music entered my life with unexpected clarity. I began formal piano studies and progressively dedicated myself to the classical repertoire, participating in international competitions and touring abroad. Over the years, music became the core of my practice. Still, the visual dimension remained within me — not dormant, but waiting for the right space to re-emerge.

In recent years, I have sought to unify these two identities — the visual and the musical — through improvisation, composition, and interdisciplinary exploration. My creative process is often synesthetic: I begin with abstract visual or emotional impressions and allow them to evolve into sound. This approach has naturally drawn me to film music, where narrative, image, and composition converge in a unique and dynamic dialogue.

Film scoring, to me, is not simply a stylistic or professional choice — it is the medium that most closely reflects how I think and feel as an artist. It allows me to construct meaning through layered perception, to build bridges between sound and image, and to contribute to storytelling in a way that is both expressive and precise.
