Hi everyone, my name is Luca, I am an Irish-Italian film composer based in Northern Ireland and England. My musical journey started at the age of 7 pursuing a career as a clarinettist performing in orchestras.Throughout my teens and early twenties, I was surrounded by live bands in pop, rock and jazz where I taught myself the basics for guitar, saxophone and piano.

In 2017 I moved to London, England to continue classical training in clarinet with a BMus Undergraduate Degree. During my studies I came across a short module for an introduction into film scoring. It came as a breath of fresh air from a performing background. By the time the module ended I just knew I wanted to do it. After my graduation I decided to study a Masters in Composition for Film and Television in London.

Since finishing in 2022 I have been fortunate to score a range of short films some of which have gained international recognition through film festivals in Europe, America and the United Kingdom. I truly can’t wait to be a part of this program and share the passion of film scoring with you you all!
