We have received very useful information about different instruments, their sounds and the best way to use them to obtain good sound.
Great advice throughout and our conducting excercises served us extremely well when it came extracting a good sound from an orchestra, although the most important thing of all, that Pete always mentioned - is to be kind to the musicians =).
He also introduced us to the world of orchestration buissnes at Hollywood and what we have to do to be good with business.
