Today was yet another fantastic day! 😍 Had our first course with Christopher Young and well... I don’t even know where to begin 🙈👀😅

As a die-hard fan of Chris, his presence alone put a huge smile on my face but the moment he actually walked up to me and shook my hand after I’ve burst with excitement at the mention of the movie “Sweet November” ( which for those who don’t know, is one of my absolute fav movies), was certainly the highlight of my day.

Turns out he also loved writing the piece I love listening to, on repeat 😍🖤 Just sitting down and listening to him talk about all the right things, couldn’t help but realize what a waste of time and energy my years in university were. I wish I would’ve had him as a professor. He’s SO inspiring, motivating, passionate and full of resources. LOVED EVERY SECOND OF THE LECTURE!!! 😱🖤🎶

Also... I’m now, the proud owner of these 2 Scoresheets 😍 Hellraiser is the movie through which I discovered Christopher Young so... I’d say that this is a dream come true but actually... this goes beyond my wildest dreams 😅🙈🖤 I’ve always wondered what his music looks like on paper and well...now... after many years of wondering, my eyes are delighted 😍🎶

The scores were presented to each of us on DAY 1, by the GEMS founder Nigel Ashley Lees along with T-shirts, Summer Program Magazines, and yes there is an artical about me in it, scores from Garry Schyman and lots more. Fantastic!
